Title: Project Manager - Networking

Reports To: Director - Program & Project Management

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Get to Know the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across our Corporate Infrastructure domain. This role requires deep networking knowledge and experience to manage multi-million dollar investments, high-value vendor relationships, and critical networking project delivery.

As the primary project leader for our core networking function, you will align long-term business goals with robust, highly available technical solutions. You will drive large-scale infrastructure improvements across global environments-serving as the critical bridge between network engineering, security operations, external service providers, and cross-functional technology teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Partner with Network leadership and Product Management to define project roadmaps, critical paths, and resource allocations for enterprise networking initiatives.
  • Enterprise-Scale Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of global strategic initiatives such as data center migrations, firewall migrations, switch migrations, DAS / Telecom implementations and infrastructure changes across corporate offices, distribution centers, data centers, and retail environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with telecom vendors, AEO engineering teams, and PMs across Technology to drive the delivery of high-impact infrastructure goals that support the company's long-term technology strategy.
  • Communication & Compliance Reporting: Act as the primary liaison for network projects, delivering transparent progress reports, executive updates, and technical/audit documentation.
  • Risk & Cutover Management: Proactively monitor project dependencies, manage scope changes, and lead change management efforts around high-risk maintenance windows to minimize business downtime.
  • Operational Excellence & Tooling: Develop standardized project management practices and tools tailored to network deployments, accelerating delivery velocity across the infrastructure organization.
  • Vendor Negotiations & Telecom Management: Support vendor negotiations and vendor relationships ensuring accountability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and motivate project team members, network engineers, and external vendors/contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and execution excellence.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of direct project management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and network engineering initiatives.
  • Understanding of networking technology (e.g., SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, data center architecture, and cloud connectivity).
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering global network migrations (e.g., SD-WAN deployments, data center consolidations, global WAN/LAN overhauls).
  • Demonstrated history of holding external vendors accountable to strict SLAs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., CSM) is strongly preferred. Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Network+) are a major plus.
  • Experience with fashion retail industry operations, supply chain logistics, or retail store connectivity is highly desirable.
  • Excellent strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Atlassian Cloud - specifically Jira and Confluence, Miro, Monday.com).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
