Project ManagerThe RoleThis role is ideal for a Project Manager who has worked for a commercial or interiors general contractor and is now looking to play a more influential role in a company's growth, structure, and long-term success.
The RoleThis Project Manager will lead large, complex projects and serve as a key liaison with top general contractors. Beyond day-to-day project execution, this role offers the opportunity to help elevate the organization by implementing proven GC-level processes, systems, and procedures within a specialty contracting platform. Projects include high-visibility commercial buildings, hospitality, data centers, event venues, and landmark projects in Georgia.
Core Responsibilities- Project Ownership: Full project ownership, including:
- Budget Responsibility: Budgets and P&L responsibility
- Scheduling: Scheduling and timelines
- Cost Control: Change orders and cost control
- Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with leading general contractors
- Best Practices: Apply GC best practices to improve project execution and internal processes
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership in a highly engaged, team-oriented environment
- Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and accountability

Candidate Profile- Experience: 5-10+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor
- Project Management: Experience managing large commercial or interiors projects
- Financial Skills: Strong financial and budget management skills
- Process Improvement: Interest in process improvement and operational excellence
- Communication Skills: Confident communicator with strong relationship skills
- Software Experience: Experience with Procore is a plus
- Industry Experience: Painting or coatings experience not required
Compensation & Performance- Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
