Senior Mechanical /Plumbing Estimator
The Role

You will lead a small estimating team of two to three estimators, helping guide the bid strategy and ensuring estimates are accurate, competitive, and well organized. This role owns the estimating effort from initial review through submission. It is a position for someone who understands both the technical side of estimating and the leadership side of running a team. You will also help strengthen the estimating department by improving processes, building consistency, and supporting the growth of the organization.
Candidate Profile
  • HVAC Experience: Deep experience estimating HVAC and plumbing projects
  • Commercial Background: Commercial mechanical estimating background
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership ability and interest in guiding a small team
  • Cost Understanding: Strong understanding of project costs and bid strategy
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, steady, and respected by subcontractors and vendors
  • Estimating Craft: Someone who enjoys the craft of estimating and takes pride in building strong bids
  • Process Implementation: Ability to help implement processes and procedures that strengthen the estimating department
Compensation & Performance

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
  • Total Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 with bonus
  • ESOP Participation: ESOP participation
