Full Job Description
What this job involves:
As Project Manager you'll manage end-to-end delivery of capital improvement projects as business needs dictate. This position requires 100% on-site presence and offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with one of the world's leading aerospace companies, overseeing smaller-scale projects while maintaining the flexibility and expertise to manage larger initiatives. You'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders including facilities teams, contractors, vendors, and internal JLL resources to ensure seamless project delivery while utilizing work order management systems, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage comprehensive project delivery from planning through closeout including scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination
  • Utilize Corrigo work order management system to track, manage, and report on all project activities while ensuring accurate documentation of progress, costs, and completion status
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between JLL and client stakeholders, facilitating regular status meetings and providing clear communication on milestones, budget tracking, and escalations
  • Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle, prepare detailed financial reports, track actual costs against projections, and manage change orders when scope modifications occur
  • Conduct bid leveling of qualified vendor proposals to ensure accurate cost comparisons and value optimization across procurement decisions
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, verify compliance with specifications, address quality concerns, and coordinate final inspections and project closeout activities
  • Collaborate closely with Facilities Management team to prioritize work orders and align project execution with operational requirements


Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on project management experience in facilities, construction, or capital improvement projects
  • Demonstrated proficiency with work order management systems, preferably Corrigo or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, facilities systems, and capital project delivery methodologies
  • Solid foundation in budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences


Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar
  • Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components with familiarity in construction codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Project or Construction Management certifications
