Position Description:

We are seeking candidates living in the following states - Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Western Ohio, and Louisiana.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead end to end planning and execution of programs/projects involving multiple departments (e.g., Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations)
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation schedules
• Facilitate cross functional meetings, stand ups, and steering committee reviews to ensure alignment
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues clearly to leadership and stakeholders through reports and presentations
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource constraints while balancing competing priorities
• Drive process improvements and best practices for program/project management across the organization
• Ensure successful handoffs between teams and manage change control processes
• Own post project retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future initiatives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a cross functional environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business friendly language and vice versa

Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $156,700.00.
