How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Oversee the entire life-cycle of implementation plans, from initial readiness assessments to long-term sustainability. This role serves as a central liaison between leadership and implementation sites, ensuring project objectives are achieved through rigorous tracking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven improvements.
  • Project Oversight & Implementation : Supports execution, including site readiness, logistics, and infrastructure development.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Manages communication between sites and the project team, providing cross-functional leadership to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Financial & Data Management: Manages and tracks project budgets, performance analytics, and dashboards to drive clinical outcomes.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
