About the Role
• Maintain project finances and profitability
• Advise senior management of project progress and issues
• Maintenance of existing Owner, Architect, Engineering, Subcontract, and Vendor relations, as well as, development of new resources and business opportunities
• Scoping, negotiating and writing of subcontract agreements
• Development and maintenance of Master Progress Schedule for on-time completion of projects
• Manage owner progress invoicing and vendor payments
• Manage vendor insurance requirements and lien waivers
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Salary: $65.00 per hour
Hours: M - F (40 Hours per week, with a possability of overtime)
You Should Have
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or interior design or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years experience working on commercial projects
• Experience working with landlords and design professionals
• Ability to manage large corporate interiors projects
• Experience working on either office, government, hi-tech, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or banking projects a plus
• Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency
