We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead project execution and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
- Track and report project performance using established KPIs and metrics.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks proactively.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, timeline, and budget.
- Support testing, deployment, and transition-to-support activities.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience in Insurance.
- Knowledge of SDLC, testing, release management, and change management processes.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$90000 to $95399 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
