In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance solutions, enabling a connected digital thread across product development, sourcing, quality, regulatory compliance, and commercialization processes.

As a key lead within the program, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle for products and menu items, ensuring consistency across research and development, supplier collaboration, regulatory compliance, and operational execution. You will partner with business, culinary, sourcing, quality, and technology stakeholders to design scalable processes that support faster time-to-market while maintaining global safety, nutritional, labeling, and sustainability standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product lifecycle management, retail and restaurant operations, and enterprise solution delivery. You will own the PLM and Brand Compliance workstream, leading planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and solution governance while overseeing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, Oracle Retail, Oracle ERP, and supplier ecosystems. Your expertise will help ensure launch readiness, improve compliance visibility, strengthen supplier collaboration, and enable data-driven decision-making across the value chain.

Your Role

  • Lead the design and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of private-label products and restaurant menu items. Drive ''Digital Thread'' consistency across R&D, sourcing, and commercialization, ensuring all products meet global safety, nutritional, and labeling standards while accelerating time-to-market.
  • Own the PLM & Brand Compliance Workstream: Lead planning and sprint execution for Innovation Management, Product Development, and Brand Compliance Management Cloud Service.
  • Lead Product & Recipe Lifecycle Design: Define processes for private-label product specifications, ingredient-level menu development, and recipe formulation.
  • Enforce Global Compliance & Safety: Implement automated workflows for nutritional labeling, allergen tracking, and regulatory certifications (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • Drive Supplier Collaboration: Configure portals for global suppliers to submit product technical data, audits, and sustainability certifications directly into the Oracle Product Hub.
  • Integrate the Value Chain: Oversee data synchronization between PLM, Oracle Retail, and Oracle ERP for Restaurants to ensure accurate COGS and menu pricing.
  • Validate Launch Readiness: Lead pilot rollouts to verify item masters, ingredient yields, and packaging artwork before full-scale commercialization.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Use built-in AI and analytics to identify high-risk ingredients, optimize sourcing, and reduce the ''cost of quality''.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Retail, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Technology, Product Lifecycle Management, or related enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM implementations, including Product Development and Product Hub (PIM) modules.
  • Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management processes, private-label product development, commercialization, and restaurant menu management.
  • Strong understanding of recipe formulation, ingredient management, product specifications, packaging and labeling compliance, and multi-unit restaurant supply chain operations.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable solution designs across product development, sourcing, quality, compliance, and commercialization functions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder engagements with business and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making across global organizations.
  • Experience with Oracle Retail Brand Compliance, Product Data Management, Supplier Collaboration, or related Oracle Retail solutions.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory, food safety, nutritional labeling, allergen management, and product compliance requirements.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM with Oracle Retail, Oracle ERP, Product Information Management, or Enterprise Data platforms.
