DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Project Manager who loves bringing order to creative chaos.

You'll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Production and Operations to keep work moving efficiently from brief through delivery. You'll own timelines, resourcing, dependencies, budgets and communication across multiple workstreams, helping teams do their best work without losing momentum.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and understands the unique rhythm of social-first marketing, where multiple projects, rapid iterations and real-time opportunities often happen simultaneously.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead project planning from kickoff through final delivery across social, integrated and campaign work.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, milestones and delivery plans.
  • Drive day-to-day project management across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Account, Production and Creator teams to ensure work is properly scoped, staffed and prioritized.
  • Identify risks early, proactively solve problems and remove blockers before they impact delivery.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews and internal checkpoints.
  • Ensure teams have clear priorities, realistic timelines and visibility into upcoming work.
  • Manage budgets, burn tracking, estimates and project health in partnership with Account and Finance.
  • Coordinate with external production partners, freelancers and vendors as needed.
  • Support resource planning by balancing workloads across teams and identifying capacity challenges.
  • Help establish and continually improve project management processes, workflows and documentation.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards while staying on schedule.
  • Lead project retrospectives and identify opportunities to improve how we work.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of project management experience within a creative, digital or advertising agency.
  • Experience managing social-first work, always-on content programs, integrated campaigns or creator-led marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of creative development, production and digital delivery workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines and project financials.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and fast-moving business needs.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar.

BONUS POINTS
  • Experience supporting social content production, creator campaigns or influencer programs.
  • Familiarity with agile project management principles.
  • Experience working across paid, organic and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of content production workflows including photography, video and post-production.
  • Experience helping improve agency operations, workflows or resource management.
