Graham is actively recruiting for Project Managers to join our Buildings Division. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction on commercial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, mixed-use, and complex building construction projects. This role oversees the full project lifecycle from pre-construction and planning through execution and close-out, while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations are achieved. Project Managers play a critical role in leading project teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering successful projects with annual revenues up to $50M.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Lead Project Delivery: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and close-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Drive Financial & Schedule Performance: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, change management processes, and milestone tracking while proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage Contracts & Stakeholder Relationships: Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners, and suppliers
  • Champion Safety & Quality Excellence: Ensure implementation of Project Specific Safety and Quality Plans, monitor KPIs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and promote Graham's Actively Caring and Road to Zero culture
  • Lead & Develop Project Teams: Build, mentor, and support high-performing project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across project stakeholders


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a general contracting environment delivering commercial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects. Experience managing projects up to $50M is considered an asset
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, procurement, cost control, forecasting, risk management, scheduling, quality management, and change management
  • Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, scheduling software, and construction management tools


Compensation

We are hiringProject Managers at various levels to support upcoming Buildings projects across British Columbia. Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.

  • Salary Range: $102,000 to 120,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
