  • Assist with submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring service and future maintenance needs are considered.
  • Maintain accurate project and service documentation within project management systems including work orders, change requests, RFIs, and closeout materials.
  • Support estimating and change management efforts by validating parts, labor assumptions, and service requirements.
  • Collaborate with design, service, and field teams to ensure systems are designed and installed with long-term serviceability in mind.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients to provide status updates, resolve issues, and support strong customer relationships.
  • Promote and support jobsite and service safety compliance in alignment with company and client requirements
  • Assist in tracking financials, billing readiness, and service-related project costs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Apply technical security system knowledge to support both service and project execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client environments and service-driven project lifecycles.
  • Strengthen coordination skills across design, field, and service teams.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through proactive communication and follow-through.
