Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Planner & Scheduler to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Director, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for complex projects. Key accountabilities include preparing three-week look-aheads, producing advanced schedule performance reports and dashboards, supporting change management, cash flow, and extension-of-time claims, conducting complex delay analyses, and mentoring junior planners.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for complex projects using Critical Path Methodology
  • Produce schedule updates, three-week look-aheads, and clear schedule performance reports and dashboards
  • Perform delay analysis and support extension-of-time claims, including critical path and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align schedules with execution plans
  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to bid planning, change management, and cash flow forecasting


The Right Tools for the Job

Education & Experience: Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, with 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience on complex civil, infrastructure incuding roads, bridges and LRT projects.

Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling, with strong capability in schedule analysis, reporting, and delay analysis. Candidates with Proficiency in Tilos would be preferred.

Core Competencies: Proven ability to work on mutiple projects, manage complex schedules, assess risk and variances, and communicate schedule impacts clearly to project teams and stakeholders
