Job Title: Project Manager

Location(s): Chicago, IL
(Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end PMO/Shared Services function for assigned Business Units, Competencies, Service Lines, or Customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and PMO/tool functional experts.
  • Partner with onshore business units and clients to understand business requirements and deliver customized PMO services.
  • Define and implement PMO tools, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional business units and delivery management or between clients and project delivery teams.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across PMO operations, governance, reporting, and service delivery.
  • Ensure delivery excellence while aligning PMO services with organizational and client objectives.
