Title: Project Manager

Location: Alameda, CA

Duration: 12 Months

100% Onsite

Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Project Manager, contract role for a minimum of six months, to work in our Alameda, CA, Headquarters.
  • This role in the Customer Service organization will lead and assist an operations team to a successful implementation of critical, long-term projects for our team and Call Centers.
  • This role will perform project planning, execute plan, work through metrics, track and communicate project status through the entire project cycle.
  • Provide planning, leadership and focus to manage deliverables, scope and objectives of major projects and subprojects
  • Coordinate activities, tasks, and assignments for various project members, resources, and partners
  • Engage teammates, partners, leadership, and other resources required to ensure project deliverables and timeframes are met
  • Provide business updates as needed regarding project status, resource needs and project risks
  • Aligns projects with CS strategies and removes barriers to project completion
  • Prepares and presents project progress reports to the management team
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Experience
  • Experience in the BPO/Call Centre or Customer Service industry (or related field)
  • Experience conducting business process reviews, recommending enhancements, implementing solutions, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills are necessary
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at one time from start to finish
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and manage outside vendors, Preferred
  • Prior experience in a medical device or healthcare market in customer-facing roles is preferred
  • PMP certification
