Design and deliver enterpriseadscale, cloudadnative data pipelines and curated datasets that support complex business, legal, and regulatory requirements.a0
Engineer secure, auditable, and defensible data extracts to support highadrisk legal, litigation, and compliance use cases.a0
Build anda0maintaina0scalable ELT and ETL workflows across enterprise and cloud analytics platforms to support batch and largeadscale processing.a0
Partner closely with Legal, Market Analytics, Enterprise Technology, and Data Engineering teams to translate complex data requests into reliable technical solutions.a0
a0Establisha0and champion best practices in data engineering, including automation, testing, monitoring, documentation, and governance.a0
Ensurea0appropriate dataa0security, lineage, retention, and chainadofadcustody controls for sensitive legal and regulatory datasets.a0
Act as a senior escalation point for complex data engineering, platform, and riskadrelated challenges.a0
Contribute to enterprise data modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms to cloudadbased analytics environments.a0
Lead through influence by setting standards, improving processes, and enabling repeatable, productionadready data frameworks.a0
Provide informal mentorship and technical guidance to analysts and partner teams as needed.a0
Qualificationsa0
Requireda0
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or advanced analytics roles.a0
Extensive experience designing and delivering enterpriseadscale data solutions.a0
Strong handsadonad expertisea0with Teradata, Python, SQL, Databricks, and cloudadbased analytics platforms.a0
Prior PBM/PBS experience and/or knowledge
Proven experience building secure, auditable data pipelines supporting legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.a0
Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, and documentation practices.a0
Ability toa0operatea0independently on complex, ambiguous, and highadrisk initiatives.a0
a0Strong communicationa0skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nonadtechnical teams.a0
Preferreda0
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, ora0a relateda0field.a0
Background in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or other regulated industries.a0
Experience modernizing legacy analytics or reporting platforms.a0
Familiarity with enterprise cloud architecture and data security standards.a0
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
