Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a versatile Project Lead in Software Development - Applications to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Applications and Projects, you will help steer the development of high-impact products-from our flagship Music and Karaoke apps to cutting-edge in-car and smart TV integrations.

Your day-to-day

  • Own and drive projects from start to finish: You'll tackle everything from quick-win tasks to major product launches, guiding them from idea to reality.
  • Be the glue that holds teams together: You'll connect the dots between our developers, product managers, data analysts, and creative folks, ensuring everyone is aligned and speaking the same language.
  • Turn strategy into reality: You'll map out the game plan, define what success looks like, and proactively mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
  • Keep everyone in the loop: You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and make sure there are no surprises.
  • Help us work smarter: You'll champion Agile ways of working and help our cross-functional teams collaborate effectively to ship great work.
  • Champion AI in project management: You don't just use AI; you find new ways to apply it. You will actively identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into our daily workflows to increase team efficiency and streamline delivery.

Your qualifications

  • Sharp communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and quick learning capacity
  • Previous experience working with the automotive industry (in-car app integrations)
  • Scrum Master certification or formal Agile training
  • Familiarity with Connected TV (CTV) or ad-tech ecosystems
