Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project/Implementation Manager on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.

 

The right candidate will possess the belowskills and qualificationsand be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Directs the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.
  • Drives technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and multi-disciplinary service lanes.
  • Manages scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation to meet aggressive mission milestones.
  • Proactively mitigates risks, identify technical bottlenecks, and drive rapid solutions to ensure zero mission downtime.
  • Serves as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to intelligence customer stakeholders.
  • Hosts high-level technical exchange meetings (TEMs), participate in program management reviews, and customer briefings.
  • Anticipates evolving customer requirements to help spearhead program growth.
  • Mitigates risks and potential roadblocks to the project.
  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, subcontractors, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Reviews future project requirements and develop strategies for future work.
Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.

 

Degree and Years of Experience: 

  • 5 years project management experience in a government/IT environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • BA/BS ( or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work expereince.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
