Schneider Electric is looking for a Project Coordinator in their San Leandro, CA Branch office.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of multiple active projects
- Manage project billing, including preparation and submission of Schedule of Values (SOV) billing
- Prepare, review, and manage lien waivers and other documentation required for invoicing and payments
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and closeout packages
- Coordinate project-related paperwork across internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Partner with regional purchasing teams to source project materials and equipment, track orders, and ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules
- Track and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and resolving discrepancies
- Provide general office and administrative support to the branch team

SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Excellent working knowledge of general accounting principles

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
