Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in social media for public relations, media relations, communications or journalism.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or scientific field.

About the job

As a Program Manager, you will help shape and amplify the digital presence of our executive leaders. In this role, you will develop leadership's social media strategy and drive its execution from writing social media copy and coordinating with social media producers to liaising with various business units. You will be focused on elevating the executive's perspective as a thought leader at the forefront of AI and scientific discovery, while identifying opportunities to grow impact across social media channels. You will be navigating a complex, fast-moving landscape, and aligning across the broader Social Media team, insights and metrics, external communications, and executive communications. You will also partner closely with various business units and Product teams to translate technical breakthroughs and strategic milestones into engaging social narratives. You will connect the dots across a global organization to increase the impact of one of the world's leading scientific perspectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $228,000-$248,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Serve as the central hub for executive social media, coordinating with Research, Product, Legal, and Communications teams.
  • Translate complex technical breakthroughs and strategic milestones into engaging, accessible social narratives tailored for various digital audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end social media pipeline from initial strategy and copy drafting to coordinating with creative producers and liaising with business units for final approvals.
  • Track insights and identify proactive opportunities to grow executive leadership's digital presence by monitoring global AI discourse and leveraging performance metrics.
