Lead hybrid delivery approaches, creating Agile sprint cycles (epics and stories) and supporting Waterfall project planning and required artifacts.
Manage program execution across multiple Agile teams through scrum of scrum ceremonies while applying SAFe principles.
Serve as a primary point of contact for program staff, supporting federal, state, and internal reporting data needs.
