Job Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing service delivery, team operations, and the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care delivered through a trauma-informed perspective. This role provides direct supervision to assigned staff, ensuring excellence in client care, professional development, self-care, time management, and performance through regular coaching, feedback, and evaluation. The Program Manager develops and implements strategies to support continuous program growth, operational efficiency, and the achievement of contractual and budgetary goals. By engaging and empowering staff, this position ensures the highest quality of care while promoting the effective and efficient use of resources. With a broad scope of responsibility, the Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for programs, clinics, and personnel, and may also carry an individual caseload. Depending on unit protocols, on-call responsibilities may be required.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
Education:Required:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.
License:Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
Experience:Preferred:
- 3 years of supervisor or administrative oversight.
Hours: Full-Time.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, (may vary).
Salary: $86,008.83 - $109,652.61 annually.
