  • Lead integration discussions that support scalable architecture decisions and improve Agile delivery processes across engineering and product teams.
  • Monitor program health, identify risks and blockers early, and implement mitigation plans that help teams maintain momentum and execution quality.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for collaborators by providing clear status updates, handling user problems, and building alignment across partner teams.
  • Strengthen operational excellence by establishing governance frameworks and improving automation and tooling for program tracking, transparency, and accountability.

What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams on software development projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing technical roadmaps, defining product requirements, and contributing to system architecture or integration decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and navigate ambiguity across cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and program leadership skills, along with experience using tools such as Airtable, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
