Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded Technical Program Integration Analyst to be a key driver of execution within the Synergy transformation program. While the Program Lead orchestrates the overall strategy, you will provide the hands-on technical coordination needed to keep complex initiatives moving forward. You will work across Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams to understand system dependencies, document data flows, identify integration risks, and help ensure the connected data framework remains intact throughout the Industrial System.

This role requires a blend of technical curiosity, analytical rigor, systems thinking, and the ability to navigate complex Agile environments. Responsibilities include mapping technical dependencies, supporting Program Increment planning, investigating technical roadblocks, and translating detailed technical updates into clear, actionable insights for program leaders and stakeholders. By bridging high-level business-process transformation with the underlying IT architecture, you will help enable integrated, scalable, and effective solutions across Ford's Industrial System.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, understand, and document technical integration points and data dependencies across Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT systems.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of how connected digital systems-including Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems-interact across the Industrial System.
  • Create and maintain integration diagrams, dependency maps, process flows, data-flow documentation, and technical handoff artifacts.
  • Identify where data breaks, becomes siloed, is duplicated, or does not flow effectively between systems, processes, and teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a connected data framework that enables end-to-end Industrial System integration.
  • Provide technical context needed for successful Program Increment planning, ensuring dependencies are mapped at the feature level across multiple teams and aligned with the broader integration roadmap.
  • Support backlog management, feature refinement, dependency tracking, delivery planning, and risk management using Jira and related Agile tools.
  • Use Jira data, delivery metrics, and stakeholder input to communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to the Program Lead and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Assist the Program Lead in investigating technical roadblocks, integration failures, delivery delays, and dependency risks.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend tactical workarounds or corrective actions to keep development on track.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for engineering, IT, and business teams, ensuring shared understanding of program-level integration priorities and system-thinking requirements.
  • Apply foundational systems thinking to understand how changes in Product Development data, processes, or platforms may affect downstream Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems.
  • Translate complex technical status updates into clear, concise reports, executive-ready summaries, decision materials, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support documentation of future-state processes and help technical teams adopt new ways of working as part of the transformation effort.
  • Develop or support automated dashboards and reporting that improve visibility into program health, integration readiness, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, Agile planning practices, technical documentation, data flows, and program reporting.
  • Demonstrate Ford+ behaviors through transparency, speed, collaboration, customer focus, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

We recognize that no one person will embody every single quality or skill listed below. If you are passionate about large-scale transformation, technical integration, systems thinking, and helping cross-functional teams deliver connected solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Technology preferred.
  • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting Agile teams, technical programs, enterprise transformations, or complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and delivery coordination in Jira or similar Agile work-management tools.
  • Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, process maps, integration diagrams, data-flow diagrams, or system architecture artifacts.
  • Experience collaborating across business, engineering, IT, architecture, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive issues toward practical solutions.

Required Technical Experience:
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate complex datasets, technical workflows, dependencies, and delivery risks to identify bottlenecks or misalignments.
  • Technical literacy and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.
  • Foundational understanding of integrated enterprise systems, including Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and related data ecosystems.
  • Experience using Jira to manage backlogs, features, dependencies, delivery status, risks, and program reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of systems thinking and the downstream impacts of changes across Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and enterprise data systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Commitment to Ford+ behaviors, including transparency, speed, technical excellence, and customer-focused delivery.

Preferred Experience:
