The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a full-time Program Manager supporting Warfighter Mission Area Policy and Oversight, GG-0343-13 located at Warfighter Communications and Cyberspace Systems, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Arlington, VA.
Salary Rate: $121,000 - $138,000
Relocation expenses may be paid based on eligibility.
This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.
Depending on the type of position you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
This position is designated by the Air Force as a testing designated position under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program and is subject to random drug testing
Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessing and improving AF/A6 cyberspace policies and programs supporting Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), including POM, BES, financial planning, cost projections, unfunded requirements, issue papers, and budget documents
Knowledge of AF/A6 program goals and objectives; timing of key operational events; methods for evaluating planning effectiveness; and relationships among command entities involved in planning and executing military operations
Knowledge of cyberspace systems expertise as applied to programs and weapons systems
Skill in designing and conducting comprehensive studies and preparing solutions for broad, complex military operational and contingency areas including Space Situational Awareness, Space Protection, ISR, Missile Warning/Defense, MILSATCOM, PNT, Space Launch, Cyber Integration, Global Information Grid Operations & Defense, Cyber Counter-Threat, Cyber Warfare, tactical operations, foreign military sales, PPBE, PEM, acquisition, and special operations
Desirable Experience: Portfolio Management, Governance Oversight, Cyber, Communications and/or Information Technology, SATCOM, Cybersecurity, Spectrum Management, Policy Analyst, Strategy Analyst
