The Opportunity
Adobe’s B2B Data & Analytics organization is the engine behind data-driven decision-making for our global go-to-market teams. As we scale our ambition from BI & Reporting to AI- and Agent-driven decisioning, we are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to drive operational excellence, strategic execution, and team effectiveness across a globally distributed B2B Data organization.
In this role, you will partner with the B2B Data leads, owning the rhythm of the business. You will coordinate execution of top-priority programs, goals, and achievements. You will also build the team operating model that supports a high-performing, AI-forward data organization.
You will also serve as a key liaison to VP-level partners and senior leadership, managing up effectively to ensure alignment, visibility, and confidence in program progress. This includes crafting executive-level communications, business reviews, and leadership updates that translate complex program status into clear, decision-ready narratives.
This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role that combines program management rigor, strategic execution, and team operations — ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity and enabling leaders and teams to do their best work.
What You'll Do
- Drive program management and operational excellence across globally distributed B2B Data teams, including Jira hygiene, Wiki/Confluence standards, sprint planning, capacity planning, and delivery tracking
- Establish and run the team’s operating cadence — stand-ups, sprint reviews, quarterly planning, leadership reviews — ensuring consistency, clarity, and follow-through across regions
- Lead the complete delivery of strategic programs and L1 goals and achievements for the leadership team. Ensure must-win initiatives finish on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
- Translate leadership priorities into structured execution plans with clear owners, turning points, dependencies, and risk tracking
- Manage up to VP-level collaborators — proactively communicate program status, risks, and decisions through crisp executive summaries, business reviews, and leadership presentations
- Partner with engineering, analytics, and product leads to unblock delivery, surface risks early, and drive cross-team alignment on the most important commitments
- Own team operations end-to-end — including team culture initiatives, quarterly all-hands, onboarding, training programs, and AI coaching/upskilling across the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and budget planning/tracking, including PO management, contract renewals, forecasting, and spend governance
- Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time access to program health, goal progress, capacity, and important metrics for the team
- Drive continuous improvement in how the team plans, implements, and communicates — embedding modern tools and AI-powered workflows into day-to-day operations
What you need to succeed
- 8–12+ years of experience in Strategic Program Management, Chief of Staff, TPM, or Business Operations roles, preferably supporting data, analytics, or engineering organizations
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and execution rigor across globally distributed teams
- Strong executive communication skills — experience preparing VP/C-level business reviews, status updates, and strategic narratives that drive clarity and confidence
- Deep expertise with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and capacity planning
- Strong experience leading the execution of OKRs and strategic programs for senior leadership, with an ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to outcomes
- Experience running team operations — all-hands, training, culture, onboarding — and building the rhythms that make a team feel connected and high-performing
- Hands-on experience with vendor management, contracts, and budget planning/tracking
- Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; comfortable operating with ambiguity and high ownership
- Ability to influence without authority across technical and business collaborators in a global, matrixed environment
- Bias for action, high attention to detail, and a focus on supporting teams and leaders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, Dynamics) and B2B GTM/RevOps concepts
- Experience embedding AI tools and agent-driven workflows into team operations and program management practices
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or strategic partner to a senior data, analytics, or engineering leader
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification
