Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence
- Support comprehensive program management and administration across multiple functional areas
- Facilitate data analysis and program evaluation to continuously optimize outcomes
Execute Strategic Data-Driven Initiatives
- Prepared detailed data assessments aligned with modernization strategies
- Use data analytics to showcase potential process improvements and build support to implement solutions that enhance program effectiveness
Build and Strengthen Partnerships
- Interface regularly with senior government and military services stakeholders
- Communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
- Travel as needed to support site visits, program activities, and customer engagements at various CONUS and OCONUS locations
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in complex data analytics with demonstrated expertise in supporting programs of national scope in the Federal Government
- Experience managing Federal Government data collection, modeling, and analysis
- Experience in drafting and communicating executive level briefings, reports, and work products
Desired:
- Proven track record in analytics roles in large-scale programs ($25M+ annually)

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
