CTG is seeking a highly experienced Program Architect to support a major client initiative focused on enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and modern digital transformation.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities- Lead program-level architecture across complex enterprise initiatives
- Define and deliver architecture roadmaps, blueprints, and solution designs for executive stakeholders
- Architect scalable solutions using Java, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks
- Drive end-to-end architectural governance across multiple delivery teams
- Partner with business and technology leadership to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Evaluate and guide adoption of emerging technologies, including GenAI
- Provide strategic advisory support on modernization and enterprise architecture direction
Required Skills- 15+ years of IT experience with strong emphasis on architecture and solution design
- Deep expertise in Java, APIs, and enterprise system integrations
- Proven ability to create architecture roadmaps and technical blueprints for leadership audiences
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, governance, and large-scale system design
- Exposure to GenAI technologies and use cases in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Amex experience highly preferred
Experience- Minimum 15+ years in IT with significant experience in architecture leadership roles
- Proven track record in large, complex enterprise environments
Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
