We are seeking a Program Analyst IV to join our team supporting federal operations in Washington, DC. This role is integral to ensuring effective program analysis, operational support, and documentation for federal clients. You will work independently within a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders to drive program excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide comprehensive program analysis and operational support within a federal government environment
• Develop, produce, and maintain analytical reports and written documentation for program and operational activities
• Support leadership and key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation in compliance with federal standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate program objectives and operational improvements
• Independently manage tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines and organizational goals
• Maintain effective communication with federal clients and internal teams
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Senior-level experience performing program analysis in a federal government environment
• Experience supporting federal operational and/or program environments
• Professional experience producing analytical reports and written documentation for program/operational support
• Experience independently supporting leadership stakeholders in a federal environment
• U.S. citizenship
• Eligibility to pass a federal background investigation/suitability process
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting U.S. federal government clients or agencies
• Currently located in the Washington, DC / DMV area
