  • Develop account-specific growth plans for strategic customers and coordinate the extended pursuit team.

Consultative Selling and Executive Engagement

  • Lead outcome-led discovery, road-mapping, and executive conversations that clarify client priorities, constraints, value drivers, and decision criteria.

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Create persuasive business cases that articulate hard savings, soft savings, risk reduction, operational improvement, and strategic value.
  • Position the differentiated value of Rimini Consult for executive, business, and technical audiences.

Solution Shaping, Scope, and Commercial Development

  • Partner with Solution Architects, subject matter experts, and Delivery leadership to define the solution approach, scope, workplan, assumptions, dependencies, outcomes, and estimate.

  • Lead development of executive presentations, proposals, statements of work, budgetary estimates, and supporting commercial materials.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are viable, differentiated, outcome-oriented, and aligned with client expectations and Rimini Street commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Sales Orchestration and Field Enablement

  • Lead the extended sales team on pursuit strategy, stakeholder alignment, value messaging, and opportunity progression.

  • Enable account teams to recognize Rimini Consult / Professional Services demand signals and confidently introduce relevant capabilities.
  • Develop reusable sales assets, including value propositions, discovery guides, pitch decks, business-case models, proposal templates, and client success stories.
  • Share lessons learned and repeatable practices across regions to improve sales effectiveness and consistency.

Delivery Alignment and Client Continuity

  • Provide a disciplined handoff from sales to delivery, preserving agreed outcomes, scope, assumptions, commercials, commitments, risks, and stakeholder context.

  • Remain engaged at an executive oversight level on strategic engagements to support value realization, client satisfaction, issue escalation, and follow-on opportunity identification.
  • Partner with Delivery leadership on continuous improvement based on pursuit and client feedback; this role does not replace project delivery ownership.

Market Insight and Offering Evolution
