Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to achieve KPIs and production goals.
  • Supervise and develop production staff, including performance management and scheduling.
  • Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure operational adherence to safety and quality standards, including PPE and 5S practices.
  • Prepare production reports and lead communication within teams.
  • Investigate production variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.

Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing and high-quality products while meeting plant KPIs, budgets, and production goals.
  • Supervise production employees, including staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, and employee development.
  • Monitor line performance, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and production data, taking corrective action as needed to address issues and improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards, including PPE requirements, 5S practices, and quality control procedures.
  • Complete production reporting, investigate variances, lead team communications, and support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

The salary rangefor this role is $75,000.00 and $95,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended tocomply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
