What you'll do

The Sales Program Specialist plays a critical support role within the Kenra Professional sales organization. Working closely with the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination and execution of sales planning, promotional execution, customer communications, trade marketing, and cross-functional alignment between Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
  • Support strategic retail and distribution accounts, including Amazon, Target, Ulta, Regis, and other key partners.
  • Coordinate new product launches, item setup, planogram updates, customer communications, and promotional execution.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and business reviews to support customer and internal meetings.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and promotional results to identify business opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, sales planning, pricing maintenance, and order management activities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer requests and help drive timely solutions

The salary rangefor this role is $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended tocomply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
