Majesco Claims, our cloud-based claims management platform serving Property & Casualty insurers.
This role is ideal for a product leader who understands the operational realities of claims organizations and can translate those needs into scalable software solutions that improve claim outcomes, automate workflows, reduce costs, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate insurer modernization.

As Product Owner for Majesco Claims, you will help insurers modernize claims operations through automation, AI-enabled workflows, intelligent decision support, and seamless integration across the insurance ecosystem.
You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, QA, implementation, support, and customer stakeholders to deliver capabilities that improve claims handling performance and strengthen Majesco's leadership position in the P&C insurance technology market.
What You Will Do- Own and prioritize the Majesco Claims product backlog to maximize customer value and support strategic roadmap objectives.
- Define and manage epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for claims management capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable solutions that address complex claims operations challenges.
- Drive product enhancements across First Notice of Loss (FNOL), claims intake, coverage verification, workflow automation, fraud detection, payments, vendor management, salvage, subrogation, arbitration, litigation, and catastrophe management.
- Collaborate with insurers, implementation teams, and customer stakeholders to identify market needs, operational challenges, and product innovation opportunities.
- Validate delivered functionality with QA and business stakeholders to ensure quality, usability, and successful business outcomes.
- Champion an AI-first product strategy by identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve decision-making, enhance adjuster productivity, and create differentiated customer experiences.

What You Bring- 8 plus years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Claims Operations, or Functional Leadership within insurance technology.
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims operations and claims system workflows.
- Hands-on experience working at:
- A P&C insurance carrier,
- A claims software or insurance technology vendor, or
- Both environments (strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of claims lifecycle management, FNOL, claims adjudication, coverage verification, payments, fraud management, vendor management, salvage, subrogation, litigation, and catastrophe response.
- Experience translating complex operational requirements into product roadmaps and delivery outcomes.
- Proven success working within Agile software development environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.

What Majesco Offers:Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $170,000.
