We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team specializing in Communications for Cummins Inc. in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication plans that align stakeholders, drive consistency, and elevate brand presence.
  • Deliver compelling, audience-focused content across web, social, email, and campaign collateral to strengthen engagement and message clarity.
  • Apply industry, competitor, and customer insights to shape more strategic, data-informed marketing decisions.
  • Orchestrate high-quality virtual and in-person events that create memorable brand experiences and deepen customer and partner relationships.
  • Use analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve effectiveness, ROI, and channel performance.
  • Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders to fuel continuous improvement and ensure strong communication around performance and priorities.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends to expand reach, improve targeting, and modernize marketing execution.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns-including budgeting and analytics-to enhance visibility and measure the impact of digital efforts.

  • Deep digital media fluency across automation, social platforms, and CMS tools to influence target audiences and drive desired actions.
  • Ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders and support key decisions or behaviors.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, extract meaningful insights, and communicate findings that support data-driven decisions.
  • Skill in articulating clear value propositions that align customer needs with product strengths to effectively differentiate from competitors.
  • Proficiency in marketing plan management, applying the 4 Ps to guide strategy, influence cross-functional execution, and measure business performance.


Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or related subjects required.

Experience:
  • Digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with a global organization preferred.
  • Client/account management preferred.
  • B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Understands and champions digital tools, trends, and channels with stakeholders.
  • Leads functional training, creates and delivers presentations.
  • Support product launches and commercial growth initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Sets targets for data-driven decisions; compiles, analyzes, and utilizes metrics, data, and analytics.
  • Innovates and leads continuous improvement in their area of work.
  • Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to translate technical product features into customer-focused messaging.
  • Collaborate with team members to align messaging and create to optimize communication and marketing opportunities.
  • Create and maintain product marketing content, including Specs sheets, presentations, brochures, training materials, and digital assets.
  • Adapt and localize marketing content for regional markets, ensuring relevance to local customer requirements, competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and market trends.
