Full Job Description
As a Technical Product Marketing Manager for the Partner Channel, you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for translating Reply's partner offerings into compelling, data-driven go-to-market strategies and partner-ready content. You will own the end-to-end marketing activation for client's partner-facing products and services, bridging technical product teams, partner operations, and field marketing to drive partner adoption, enablement, and revenue impact. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, partner channel management, and marketing execution. You will work alongside data architects, partner ops, and sales enablement to ensure partners have the right messaging, tools, and insights to successfully build, position and sell Client's solutions. You report to the Partner Ecosystem Marketing lead and collaborate closely with the PMO, Data Intelligence team, and Partner Operations to drive workstream success.
Responsibilities
3 Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for partner-facing solutions, from initial positioning through launch3 Build partner-ready marketing and sales content that drives adoption and revenue3 Partner with the Data Intelligence team and Analytics to measure and optimize partner marketing effectiveness3 Lead the end-to-end execution of partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with product, operations, and field teams3 Serve as the voice of the partner in product and marketing strategy discussions
Minimum Requirements
3 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related professional field3 7+ years of experience with focus on Marketing strategy and operations, Partner Incentive program design, management, and optimization preferred experience at Client3 Strong background in Go-to-Market strategy development and execution across multiple channels3 Experience at leading consulting or technology companies (Deloitte, Accenture, Microsoft, Salesforce, Google, Amazon, or similar)3 Background in partner channel or ecosystem development with proven ability to influence partner go-to-market decisions3 Expertise in technical product marketing for cloud, data, AI, or digital transformation solutions3 Experience with partner incentive program design and partner financial planning
The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $110,000 - $155,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
