Full Job Description
The Role

You'll own how Hyperbound shows up in a market we invented and now have to defend. As a product marketer on our team, you'll turn a fast-moving, three-product platform into sharp positioning, launch narratives, and sales ammunition that win competitive deals. This role exists because we're shipping faster than our story can keep up, and the difference between category leader and commodity is whoever explains the "why now" best. When you join, our messaging gets tighter, our launches land harder, and our reps walk into every deal already a step ahead.

What You'll Do
  • Own positioning and messaging across Practice, Perform, and Kota, translating a technical, agentic platform into language buyers and sellers actually feel
  • Drive go-to-market for new features and launches, coordinating product, sales, and marketing so weekly shipping turns into market moments instead of changelog noise
  • Build the sales enablement engine: battlecards, pitch decks, demo narratives, and objection handling that help reps win (you're marketing to people who sell for a living, so the bar is high)
  • Own competitive intelligence in a crowded, fast-emerging category, tracking entrants and arming the team with clear, honest differentiation
  • Turn customer outcomes into proof, building case studies and narratives from wins
  • Partner with founders on category narrative and analyst-facing messaging as we define what comes after AI roleplays
  • Use data and customer conversations to sharpen ICP, personas, and the value props that move pipeline

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to revenue or sales orgs
  • A track record of shipping launches and GTM motions that moved real numbers, not just assets
  • Excellent writing and storytelling, with the ability to make technical and AI-heavy products clear and compelling
  • Strong cross-functional instincts; you're comfortable operating between product, sales, and founders without waiting to be told what to do
  • Competitive fluency and the judgment to position honestly in a noisy category
  • Comfort in a fast, ambiguous, weekly-shipping environment where you define your own playbook

Bonus points
  • Prior startup, past founder, or high-growth experience
  • Background in sales tech, sales enablement, or revenue intelligence
  • Experience marketing AI or agentic products
