Ideal locations for this role are San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; or Atlanta, GA.
What You Can Expect As Protiviti's Ecosystem Marketing Senior Director, you will oversee the end-to-end partner marketing strategy across our ecosystem of technology Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, alliance and strategic partners, and channel/reseller partners. You will build and lead a team of partner marketing professionals, drive joint go-to-market programs that generate pipeline, and position our firm as the partner of choice.
What You Will Be Doing Partner Marketing Strategy & Leadership - Define and own the global partner marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, credibility and engagement across our Ecosystem partner tiers.
- Serve as the senior marketing voice for partner relationships, collaborating closely with the Partner Alliance, Sales, and Delivery teams to align go-to-market priorities.
- Build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans that map to firm-wide revenue targets and partner tier objectives.
- Establish the framework, governance, and KPIs for measuring partner marketing ROI across the portfolio.
Joint Go-To-Market Execution - Develop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic ecosystem partners, including co-branded campaigns, solution launches, field events, executive briefings, and thought leadership.
- Negotiate and activate partner marketing development funds (MDF) and co-op budgets to maximize joint investment.
- Drive awareness and demand generation programs through partner channels, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Oversee the development of partner-facing and partner-enabled sales collateral, solution briefs, case studies, and playbooks.
- Assess, track and report on marketing efforts and understand impact of campaigns and modify strategies to enhance effectiveness and brand awareness.
- Closely collaborate with product and industry marketing teams to partner on events and marketing campaigns, including webinars, conferences, and roundtables.
- Coordinate conference sponsorship and/or speaking engagement logistics and activities.
Team Leadership & Development - Lead and develop a team of partner marketing managers and specialists.
- Set individual and team goals aligned to broader marketing and business objectives; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
- Foster a collaborative, high-accountability team culture that balances strategic thinking with executional excellence.
- Serve as an escalation point and senior stakeholder for complex partner marketing engagements.
Partner Ecosystem Positioning - Champion the firm's partner story in the market, articulating why partners choose to build, sell, and grow with us.
- Develop partner-specific messaging and value propositions that align with Protiviti's message.
- Represent the firm at key partner events, conferences, and executive forums (e.g., partner summits, QBRs, industry trade shows).
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner and build relationships with our practice leaders to develop and drive consistent go-to-market strategies.
- Act as the connective tissue between Protiviti practice professionals, Partner Alliance and broader Marketing team, ensuring partner stories are woven into demand generation, content, digital, and brand programs.
- Collaborate with alliance teams to equip sellers with partner-led assets and co-sell narratives.
- Partner with Finance and Marketing Leaders to manage MDF budgets, track spend, and report on co-marketing investment outcomes.
- Work with marketing and ecosystem partners to proactively scope marketing agreements.

- Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple programs and partner relationships simultaneously.
- Collaborative by nature, with a track record of working effectively across Sales, Product, and Marketing functions.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with AI in marketing (e.g., content generation, analytics).
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and teams to integrate strategies and messaging in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience at or working closely with a major technology partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Familiarity with consulting or professional services go-to-market models.
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms or marketing automation tools.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications - 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 10 years focused on partner, alliance, or channel marketing in a technology or consulting environment.
- Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, etc.
Our Hybrid Workplace Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$212,000.00 - $341,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
20% plus additional discretionary stock/equity award
