Product Manager to join our Document Management team. You'll partner with engineering, UX design, and product marketing to build workflows that support the complete information lifecycle, turning complex enterprise requirements into seamless, intuitive experiences. This position reports to the Director of Product for Document Management and will be based in our Austin, TX office.What you'll do:- Deliver Document Management features end-to-end from, discovery through launch, owning the full product lifecycle for your area of focus within the team
- Write clear, precise product requirements and acceptance criteria that set your engineering team up to build with confidence and without ambiguity
- Lead end-user customer conversations, synthesise findings, and translate them into well-grounded product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and design to navigate technical constraints and UX trade-offs, shipping solutions that are powerful and intuitive for enterprise users
- Maintain a healthy, well-prioritised backlog and manage competing stakeholder demands with a clear rationale
- Support go-to-market launches with product marketing and enablement, ensuring customers can adopt what we ship
- Track post-launch adoption and use data to inform iteration and roadmap decisions
- Develop a working knowledge of how enterprise construction customers use document management platforms and the standards that govern them
What we're looking for:- 3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful hands-on experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Strong requirements craft: precise, well-structured, and unambiguous, your engineering partners can build from what you write without needing to come back for clarification
- Comfortable in technical conversations, data modelling, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs don't need to be translated for you
- A patient, systematic approach to complex product problems; you understand that enterprise customers have real constraints and you design solutions that meet them where they are
- Confident leading customer discovery, you can synthesise what you hear and turn it into actionable product insight
- Strong communicator who works well across engineering, design, and go-to-market, and surfaces blockers early rather than absorbing them silently
- Interest in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry is a plus, but not a prerequisite
Additional InformationBase Pay Range:140,960.00 - 193,820.00 USD Annual
