Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of precast concrete infrastructure buildings. The product line serves federal, state, municipal, and private sector customers and includes solutions such as restrooms, concession buildings, utility structures, and emerging energy grid applications.

The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, drive product development and commercialization efforts, and be accountable for portfolio performance, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share growth. This individual will partner closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop customer-focused solutions, optimize existing offerings, and identify new opportunities within utility infrastructure, electrification, energy storage, and grid modernization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including concept development, business case creation, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop customer value propositions, pricing strategies, and investment recommendations.
