Description

Infor is hiring a Product Manager to own the technology innovation roadmap for our Warehouse Management (WMS) and adjacent supply chain products. This role identifies where AI and emerging technology can solve real problems for warehouse and supply chain operators, and turns those ideas into use cases for customers. The Product Manager collaborates cross-functionally with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to translate industry needs into product innovations that deliver measurable business value, grounded in an understanding of supply chain operations, the market, and the competitive landscape.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Own the technology innovation roadmap for WMS and adjacent supply chain products, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify, shape, and validate AI use cases with customers, turning ideas into prototypes and product capabilities.
  • Translate product vision into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with R&D to deliver features on time with high quality and usability.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research, including direct engagement with warehouse and supply chain practitioners, to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and customer feedback to guide ongoing iteration.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market, architecture, and security teams to support product launches and ensure alignment with industry regulations and cloud standards.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in product management or a related role, such as solution consulting, implementation, business analysis, business development, or sales.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools or technologies, gained through professional experience, personal projects, prototypes, or experiments.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicating business needs to technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience delivering user experiences as part of a product management or related role.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or adjacent supply chain systems, such as WFM (Workforce Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), TMS (Transportation Management System), or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
  • Experience in one of Infor's core verticals, such as distribution, manufacturing, retail, or 3PL/logistics.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or ERP.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and how data moves between enterprise systems.
  • Experience in UX or data analytics.
  • Any combination of AI side projects, hackathons, or workflow automations.
