Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or a technical role, taking software products through a full life-cycle.
  • Experience with integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
  • Experience with the development or implementation of AI/ML-driven features or infrastructure (e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or data pipelines).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience with infrastructure components, APIs, and how to scale data-intensive platforms.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, or deploying AI solutions in a corporate/enterprise environment.
  • Experience working in a geographically distributed team environment.
  • Industry experience in either the data domain, enterprise platforms or infrastructure.

The Enterprise Data and Governance team is evolving the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) to create a data ecosystem that is ready for the next generation of AI. We are building a trusted enterprise data substrate across our business, technical, and data assets to ensure our information is robust for critical operations and certified for safe, autonomous automation.

As a Product Manager on the team, you will focus on delivering capabilities that transition our infrastructure from passive inventory to an active and integrated semantic engine.

You will drive the development of high-integrity, certified data products that enable autonomous workflows and resolve complex, cross-domain issues across the enterprise.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage an actionable product roadmap for aspects of the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). Use data-driven arguments to balance current operational needs with the requirements of an agentic, AI-ready future.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to complex data fragmentation and governance problems. Ideate new features to further integrate and enhance our data platforms capabilities.
  • Interact with multiple engineering teams as a respected technical peer. Translate goals into detailed PRDs and feature specifications (e.g., NL Query) to power AI-Ready Data.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of AI/ML, RAG, and semantic modeling to guide engineering teams, accelerate your personal impact, and enhance overall product capabilities.
  • Take shared accountability for project outcomes by driving product-market fit for advanced capabilities to unlock data for AI. Define success metrics to keep teams focused on the most impactful work.
