This role offers the opportunity to help shape a portfolio of productivity and collaboration platforms—including Atlassian, Wrike, Lucid Suite, Zoom, and Slido—used by approximately 1,200 employees. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, guide product roadmaps, strengthen adoption, and ensure technology investments deliver meaningful value across CFA Institute.
The Product Manager, Employee Technology supports the product roadmap and stakeholder experience for an assigned portion of CFA Institute’s employee productivity and collaboration technology portfolio, spanning platforms such as the Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery), Wrike, Lucid Suite, Camtasia, Zoom and Slido, serving approximately 1,200 employees. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate workplace technology needs into product requirements, supports platform adoption and continuous improvement, and contributes subject-matter expertise on platform capability, licensing and configuration that informs vendor and budget decisions owned by the Manager, Employee Technology Portfolio.
This position may be based in approved jurisdictions in the United States. It reports to the Director, SRE and Cyber Hygiene, and is eligible for flexible working arrangements including remote/hybrid.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role
Foundational knowledge of statistics, data wrangling, and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data preparation and reporting
Ability to follow established methods and processes, while recognizing when to escalate novel or ambiguous issues
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assigned tasks under close supervision
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: $95,000 - $145,000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
