The OpportunityWe are seeking a stellar individual for a high-impact role focused on defining monetization strategy within Adobe's Creativity and Productivity business segment (historically referred to as Digital Media and home to such premier products as Creative Cloud, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator and Firefly). We are a highly visible team responsible for making strategic recommendations that have a significant financial impact.
Our team leads development and refinement of Adobe's monetization strategy, including monetization of GenAI and emerging agentic capabilities across segments and routes-to-market. We do this by driving initiatives that optimize new and existing offerings via product innovation, product line determination, business model refinement, and changes to offering and pricing strategy.

What You'll DoThis particular role will focus on opportunities within the Firefly Enterprise (FFE) portfolio of products, which focuses on providing enterprises creative workflow automation and brand management solutions which leverage innovative GenAi and agentic solutions and deploy novel revenue models. Work will involve developing pricing and packaging strategies for new products, with a key focus on expanding beyond our established seat subscription revenue model. This may involve the following activities:
- Support defining and optimizing monetization strategy for FFE products, including determining the right revenue model, price metric, price point, and packaging.
- Continuously determine how to best monetize newly developed features, adding them to our credit rate cards where necessary.
- Perform statistical analysis on empirical data (sales, usage, etc.)
- Develop financial models that simulate customer behavior and project costs to complete scenario analysis that estimates the impact of proposals on market penetration, company revenues and margin.
- Develop and present proposals that articulate the strategy and return-on-investment in order to acquire executive approval.
- Develop and conduct qualitative customer research.
- Design and complete quantitative market research including one or more of the following research methods: Build-Your-Own Conjoint, Discrete Choice Conjoint, Gabor-Granger.
We also ensure smooth execution of our proposals.- Engage with engineering, finance, and operational teams to ensure that proposed monetization strategies can be implemented within existing quote-to-cash systems, balancing proposals between theoretical monetization potential vs. operational complexity and practicality
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to define product roadmaps to better support monetization goals
- Set guidelines for direct sales, develop sales plays and training as appropriate.
- Complete post-mortems to ensure proposals are successful and/or refine.
What You'll Need to SucceedWe are looking for an analytical wiz with high initiative, a strategic approach and quantitative talent.
- Proven experience developing pricing and packaging strategies and successfully bringing them to market in a complex matrixed organization.
- Understanding of emerging GenAI capabilities and their practical application across business processes, customer experiences and operational workflows.
- The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define the core problem and frame the solution approach.
- Attention to detail balanced by comfort with ambiguity.
- Excellent deck-writing, communication, and upward-influencing skills.
- Strong EQ and leadership ability.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Experience driving consensus in a large matrixed organization.
- A background in strategy consulting, product management, product marketing, and/or change-management, ideally in software/technology, are all big pluses.
- Familiarity with creative workflows is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,300 -- $205,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
