What You'll DoAs a Product Engineer, you will contribute to the technical design and implementation of our groundbreaking new AI harness solution. You will own features and components end-to-end, moving beyond traditional SaaS paradigms to help build highly scalable, high-throughput AI infrastructure.
This is a polyglot role. You'll need to understand product strategy, dig into user needs, and use that context to make smart decisions about what to build and how to build it.You're expected to absorb the problem space, prioritize effectively, uphold a high standard of engineering, and ship solutions that move the product forward. This role calls for someone who can break down challenges into iterative solutions, keep stakeholders informed, and find ways to unblock themselves. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scoped work and contribute to solving problems that enhance efficiency across the Engineering organization.
The Skills You'll HaveTechnical Expertise & Implementation
- Take ownership of your features end-to-end, from implementation through testing and monitoring.
- Implement and deliver AI-driven product capabilities with guidance on architectural direction.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for our core AI harness.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI components, following established security practices.
- Contribute to the design of fault-tolerant systems that orchestrate multiple AI agents.
Quality & Customer Focus
- Develop an understanding of customer challenges and the value your team's AI solutions bring.
- Write thorough tests, including strategies for non-deterministic AI outputs.
- Follow established data privacy guardrails in all AI systems you build.
- Contribute to automated evaluation pipelines that assess AI output quality.
