Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Complete KPI reporting on weekly and monthly basis. • Provide data supported recommendations to advance key business and financial objectives. • Leads investigations of performance and system issues. • Build and maintain documention related to functional area. • Trains new hires and supports other training activity. • Leads process improvement initiatives.


Experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience. • Proven analytical acumen. • Experience in process documentation. • Supported onboarding of new staff and training material.


Knowledge & Skill
  • Has in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline or area.
  • Provides subject matter expertise across sub-units.
  • Has basic understanding of relationships that exist between all relevant groups within the company.
  • Has very clear understanding of roles within own area.


The base salary range for this position in is $80K-$100K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
