This role will focus on building usable learning experiences, prompt resources, quality checklists, workshops, office hours, and role-based enablement materials for tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other approved platforms.

This is a learning, enablement, and adoption role. It is not a technical AI engineering role. The role will partner with HR, Technology, Legal, Information Security, Communications, and business stakeholders to ensure learning content reflects approved AI practices and helps teams improve the quality of AI-assisted work.

The successful candidate will bring strong learning design, facilitation, change support, and hands-on AI tool experience, with the ability to translate AI concepts into practical resources employees can use in the flow of work.

Key Responsibilities
AI Learning & Enablement Program Execution
  • Support implementation of Dynata's AI enablement priorities through learning programs, workshops, campaigns, and practical resources.
  • Design and deliver AI curricula, office hours, microlearning, manager sessions, learning campaigns, and community-of-practice content.
  • Build role-based learning pathways for priority employee groups in partnership with Talent, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate AI concepts into clear, practical learning materials that employees can apply to real work.
  • Coordinate learning calendars, program launches, stakeholder inputs, and adoption support activities.
AI Tool Enablement & Practical Application
  • Develop enablement content for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other approved enterprise AI tools.
  • Create prompt examples, use-case guides, facilitation materials, quick-reference tools, and job aids.
  • Help employees understand when and how to use AI tools appropriately, including where human review is required.
  • Support teams in applying AI to common work activities such as drafting, summarizing, analysis support, meeting preparation, communications, and learning design.
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve AI enablement content over time.
AI Quality & Output Support
  • Create practical checklists and guidance to help employees review AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, usefulness, tone, evidence, and next steps.
  • Teach prompt writing, output review, source validation habits, and responsible use behaviors through learning experiences and job aids.
  • Build reusable playbooks that help teams reduce low-quality AI outputs and improve consistency.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate examples and align materials with approved practices.
  • Reinforce that AI-assisted work requires employee judgment, review, and accountability.
Upskilling and Role-Based Learning Support
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify AI-related learning needs for priority roles and functions.
  • Develop learning solutions that support employees as work expectations evolve due to AI and automation.
  • Contribute to upskilling resources that help employees build confidence using AI tools responsibly and effectively.
  • Support, but do not own, broader reskilling or workforce planning efforts led by HR, Talent, or business leadership.
  • Maintain practical learning assets that can be updated as tools, policies, and use cases evolve.
Stakeholder Partnership & Change Support
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR partners, Communications, Technology, Legal, and Information Security to align enablement content with approved guidance.
  • Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and peer-learning discussions for managers and employees.
  • Support AI champions, learning ambassadors, and function-specific adoption efforts.
  • Contribute to communications and adoption materials that explain available AI learning resources.
  • Escalate questions related to AI risk, governance, privacy, or prohibited use to the appropriate subject matter owners.
Learning Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Track learning participation, learner feedback, completion, proficiency self-assessments, and practical adoption indicators.
  • Summarize program results and learner insights for Talent and business stakeholders.
  • Use feedback and adoption patterns to refine learning content, job aids, and enablement programs.
  • Contribute to, but do not own, broader enterprise AI capability maturity dashboards or business impact reporting.

Required Qualifications
