Do you want to make a difference in Procurement for a global, leading technology company powering the future of AI compute?

This is an exciting time to be joining the Arm Procurement team. We are in the middle of a significant transformation. What does that mean for you? You would be joining a growing team, investing at the forefront of Procurement and AI technology and leading over $1B of indirect spend.

We are looking for an energetic and commercially savvy Technology Category/Procurement Manager who enjoys working in a flexible and collaborative environment. This role will lead a range of technology procurement initiatives across software, infrastructure, cloud, professional services and other innovative technology areas. As Arm continues to evolve and grow, the focus areas of this role may expand and adapt to support changing business priorities and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Category Management: Develop and implement category plans to support delivery of the functional strategies. Build and implement a pipeline of projects that deliver improvements in value, quality, risk and ESG performance.
  • Sourcing: Lead end to end source to contract activity including market assessment, negotiation and contracting. Develop and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers in the category.
  • Partner Management: Influence and collaborate with key partners while developing positive relationships.
  • Responsible Sourcing: Lead supply risk and identify mitigating actions. Ensure our suppliers are aligned to deliver against Arm's bold ESG objectives.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Shown experience in Procurement / Category Management.
  • Experience in technology procurement.
  • Ability to develop and implement category plans, bringing the latest category insights back into Arm.
  • Consistent record of leading end to end sourcing activities.
  • Skilled in developing and leading sophisticated commercial agreements.
  • Experience providing commercial guidance across a range of different, often complex scenarios.


Nice to Have Skills and Experience

  • Ariba (or other) Source to Contract experience.
  • Experience with procurement orchestration platforms such as Zip.
  • MCIPS or other relevant procurement qualification.
  • Strong communicator who is highly inclusive and collaborative.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively.
