Process Engineer

What you will enjoy doing*

  • In this role, you will manage Engineering Technician(s) in the support cell
  • You will ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within the budgeted time and cost constraints
  • Further, you will assist in the design and modification tooling / fixturing for new product introduction and improvement of existing processes
  • You will prepare appropriate documentation, reports, and summaries to communicate project progress or results


What makes you great

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering and more than four (4+) years of related experience, in thermal barrier coating operations or processes / equipment typically used in a coatings-manufacturing environment or more than twelve (12+) years of related experience, equivalent combination education and experience will be considered
  • Robotic (ABB and Fanuc) troubleshooting and programming experience desired but not required
  • You must be a self-starter able to manage projects with minimal supervision
  • In addition you must have personal computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and a working knowledge of quality control systems
  • You must be capable of positively influencing those that do not report to this position in an effort to achieve the organization's goals
  • LEAN / Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred
