National Manager - Sleep Therapy and Diagnostics (full time)

The National Manager, Sleep and Therapeutics and Diagnostics is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, quality management, and financial success of Linde national sleep diagnostics program, including sleep laboratory, home sleep testing (HST) operations and sleep therapeutics. The role is accountable for the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered diagnostic services, achievement of revenue and margin objectives, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and the development of integrated care pathways from diagnosis through therapy.

The incumbent leads the operational and clinical oversight of Linde sleep diagnostics and HST across Canada, fostering strong physician partnerships, driving innovation and quality improvement.

  • In this role, you will provide leadership for all sleep diagnostics operations, overseeing staffing, facilities, equipment, technology, and financial resources to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
  • You will develop and execute operational strategies that improve diagnostic capacity, patient access, patient flow, and overall performance across multiple sleep laboratory locations
  • A key focus will be driving continuous improvement initiatives, leading operational transformations, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes, service quality, and organizational sustainability
  • You will lead quality assurance, accreditation, and compliance activities, ensuring all sleep laboratories meet regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices
  • The role involves building strong partnerships with physicians, medical directors, referral sources, and healthcare stakeholders to support clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, and positive patient outcomes
  • You will be responsible for shaping the national sleep diagnostics strategy, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating new technologies, and leveraging data and analytics to improve care delivery and business performance
  • Full accountability for the Sleep Diagnostics and Therapeutics business is a key component of the role, including P&L management, budget oversight, KPI tracking, and developing strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and long-term sustainability
  • As a people leader, you will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development while fostering a high-performing, patient-focused culture
  • You will provide leadership for sleep therapeutics programs and product portfolios, including CPAP compliance platforms, product launches, procurement activities, pricing strategies, and commercialization initiatives
  • The role also oversees diagnostic technology and infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, technical support, business continuity, and the effective use of informatics and analytics to enhance both operational performance and the patient experience
