Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead Network Integrated Planning Process by orchestrating monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles across network demand, hardware supply, capacity planning, deployment readiness, and financial forecasting to support Azure and AI infrastructure growth.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Microsoft Cloud Planning (MCP), Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP), CO+I, Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations to deliver predictable network hardware, bandwidth capacity, and deployment readiness at the right location and time.
  • Lead strategic networking programs and special initiatives and other next-generation cloud infrastructure investments, ensuring alignment across planning, engineering, deployment, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain integrated network roadmaps that align network architecture demand, hardware and supply readiness, capacity availability, and deployment schedules for strategic cloud and AI infrastructure programs.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate networking risks related to capacity constraints, supply shortages, technology transitions, deployment dependencies, and infrastructure readiness to minimize customer and business impact.
  • Drive network planning process and systems transformation by partnering with engineering and product teams to improve automation, planning tools, data quality, topology visibility, and end-to-end operational readiness.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across networking, cloud infrastructure, supply chain, finance, and operations by translating ambiguity into actionable plans, facilitating tradeoff decisions, and driving consensus on strategic network priorities.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
    • OR equivalent experience.


Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years' experience in end-to-end supply chain processes and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years' experience in end-to-end supply chain processes and working across functions to deliver program outcomes
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Six Sigma
  • Deep understanding of cloud network infrastructure and planning.
  • Knowledge or demonstrated experience in demand/supply planning, capacity planning and system architecture.
  • 5+ years of leading high-stakes programs in high-tech or hyper-scale environment
  • Proficient at creating and analyzing business information and defining key business results/metrics with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI. Proven experience of creating or utilizing AI agents for planning.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems (SAP, O9, etc)

Supply Chain Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
